Tadhg's favourite TV show since even before moving to Canada is Max and Ruby. This show is about two rabbits, Ruby and her little brother Max, and the many adventures they have around their house and with their friends. Tadhg loves the show and is always excited when it comes on. Mom discovered that the Max and Ruby stage show was coming to town and so bought tickets for the whole family. Saturday was the big day for Tadhg when everyone drove to nearby Hamilton for the show.
The theatre was packed with toddlers and their parents eagerly awaiting their heroes to appear on stage. Tadhg was amazed when the life-size rabbits finally made their entrance. He was enthralled by the show but wanted to go on stage to say 'Hello' to his small-screen idols. The show was about 1 hour long and the kids had a great time. On the way out mom and dad bought Tadhg a flashing Max and Ruby wand to make up for not getting to say 'Hello'. Tadhg had a tremendous time and mom and dad thought the look on his face alone was worth the entrance price.
